Elementary Program Registration
In respect for students and families who
observe Ramadan (September 1 - October 1, 2008) and
who do not expect to attend classes until Ramadan has
concluded, we ask that you register your child, but
note that they will not be attending until after October
1, 2008.
Step 1:
Download, print, and complete the Elementary
International Language Registration Form.
Step 2:
Register your child On-line.
Please bring the COMPLETED Registration Form to the
first class.

Fax your COMPLETED Registration Form
to Durham Continuing Education at 905.436.1780
or
Mail or deliver your COMPLETED Registration
Form to: Durham Continuing Education, 120 Centre Street
South, Oshawa, L1H 4A3
Note:
You will NOT receive any communication from Durham
Continuing Education UNLESS your course is cancelled.
