Students registering for cooperative education courses for the summer of 2009 are required to follow all of the registration procedures outlined on the main registration information page available here.
In addition, students are required to review the COOPERATIVE EDUCATION SCHEDULE available below, and complete the COOPERATIVE EDUCATION REGISTRATION FORM available below and return the completed application form to the Guidance Department at your school. Completed forms accompanied by a current Student Status Sheet, should be forwarded by the Home School Guidance Department to Durham Continuing Education to complete the registration process. IMPORTANT ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
In order to achieve two credits in the summer school cooperative education program, students must attend all classes and placement hours, with no more than a maximum of two absences (accompanied by a medical note). Any absences must be accompanied by a medical note.
