Transcripts (Student Records)
Transcripts are records of student achievement. All students studying at the secondary level in the province have an Ontario Student Transcript (OST or OSR). Transcripts are required for post-secondary application, i.e. college/university and may be required for other reasons, i.e. employment. Transcripts are available for former and current Durham Continuing Education students on request and for a small fee.

The fee for the first two copies of a transcript is $20.00 and $5.00 for each additional copy (Canadian funds only). Payment can be made by cash, credit credit or debit. We do not accept personal cheques.
To request your transcript, please call (905) 440-4539. Please allow three business days for processing.
