2001 - 2002 Sports

The season is just starting for fall interschool sports such as Cross-Country, Football, Junior Girls Basketball and Boys Soccer.  As well, the intramural season will be starting soon.   Please see Ms. Briard or Mr. Kaiser for more information about the programs at Exeter.

2000 - 2001 Sports

Basketball

Both the Senior Boys and Junior Boys Basketball Teams enjoyed successful seasons.   The Senior Boys just missed the playoffs and enjoyed a great deal of success at several tournaments.   The Junior Boys made it to the league championship where they lost a close fought game.  Congratulations to both teams on an outstanding season of basketball!

 

Football

This was the first year that Exeter had a football team.   They performed beyond expectations.  They qualified for the playoffs and lost a close game to one of the top ranked teams in the province.   Way to go guys!

 

Ski Club

The ski club went to Dagmar, Lakeridge and Skyloft through the months of January and February this year. They had a great time at all three resorts. The group had a wonderful time skiing and snowboarding and all look forward to doing he same next year. There were 45 Exeter students involved in the ski club that consisted of skiers and snowboarders.

 

Soccer

The Exeter soccer team had a great season. The girls played with lots of heart, skill, dedication and spirit. They represented Exeter well and were an excellent group of young women to coach.  Congratulations to the team for a super season!

 

Rugby

Rugby has always been a popular sport at Exeter.   This years team has worked very hard and has been competitive in all their games.
