- Thank you to the parents who supported us and their children at home and at school.
- Thank you to the many volunteers who gave so generously of their time.
- Thank you to the bus drivers who take such good care of our students transporting them safely to and from school.
- Thank you to our lunchtime supervisors who care for our students, rain or shine every day.
- Thank you to our School Community Council, especially Co-Chairs, Mrs.Alcorn and Mrs. Snell for the countless hours that they have spent organizing and planning all the special events throughout the year for both studentsand parents.
It is also with a sad and heavy heart that we say farewell to Mrs. Snell and Mrs. Alcorn and wish them all the best in their new communities and schools. As well, a huge thank you to Mr. Carnio, Mrs. Senyk, Mrs. Cusack, Mr. German, Mrs. Cochrane, and Mrs. Gallant for enriching the learning of their students during their occasional teaching assignments which will end June 27th. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors. We also want to thank Mr. Paterson for his contributions to student learning during his years at Scott Central and wish him all the best in his teaching assignment at P.E. Trudeau Public School.
It is with pleasure that we welcome on staff, for September, Michelle Totz who will be teaching Grade 5/6 with French and Laura McEvoy, Grade 2/3, long term occasional teacher.
We hope that you and your child(ren) can look back fondly on this past year and reflect on the many contributions that the members of the Scott Central community have bestowed upon them.
Mr. Asquith and I wish each and everyone of our students, parents, volunteers, S.C. C. members, lunch time supervisors, bus drivers and staff a restful, safe summer. We wish our Grade 8 graduates a very successful high school career! Remember to BELIEVE, ACHIEVE, and DREAM - BE THE BEST THAT YOU CAN BE!! .
